Description |
This course focuses on decision making theory, linear programming techniques and networking models. Upon the completion of this course, the student should understand the evolution and techniques of quantitative analysis, the basics of decision making theory, how to use decision trees and utility theory in making decisions, how to formulate problems and solve them by using linear programming techniques (graphical, simplex, integer and goal), how to apply transportation and assignment models, how t apply network models, and understand the important role of software in solving problems.
