Khaldoon Ahmad Al Daoud is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Yarmouk University of Jordan. He received his PhD in Accounting from the University Utara Malaysia. He served as the Head of the Accounting Department and Dean Assistant for Accreditation and Quality Assurance at Yarmouk University. His main research interests are in corporate governance, firm performance and financial accounting. He has also published numerous research related to corporate governance, firm performance, earning management, and financial reporting in various journals.
